Simple things that make life feel better.
The Joy Daily is a modern wellness paper, a community, and a toolkit. Natural wellness meets curious minds, and new technology helps carry the load.

What we sound like
- Crunchybut not kooky

Reading into doing
Whenever we can, we turn reading into doing. A sleep story ends with something to try tonight. A story about stress ends with a breath. A story about the outdoors ends with an invitation to go outside for ten minutes and see how you feel.
Read, try, track, discover, discuss, repeat. That’s the loop. We’re not here to sell you a miracle. We’re here to help you notice what works for you.
And we think new technology can help. Not as a personality, and never as a replacement for people, but as a patient helper for the chores that drain us. That’s what our Easier section is for.
Our lines
General wellness, never medicine
The Joy Daily is a general wellness and education publication. It is not a medical provider, a diagnostic tool, or an emergency service, and nothing here replaces professional care. If you are in crisis in the US, call or text 988.
Observation, not causation
We say “let’s see how you feel,” never “this will cure you.” When we share what members report, we label it as self-reported, not as research.
Money doesn’t buy a TJD Pick
Sponsored material is always clearly labeled. Products from friends of TJD, like AvoJoy, are labeled as such and are never TJD Picks.
Private by default
When member accounts open, your check-ins, journal entries, body map notes and conversations with Joy will be private wellness data. They stay private unless you choose to share a specific piece.
- We ask for consent and collect as little as we can.
- You can export or delete your data.
- We never sell private wellness histories.
- Your journal is never used for advertising.
- Private wellness data and public community posts are kept apart.
Today the paper is free to read with no account at all, and nothing you tap on it is saved.
